The Sprint phase does two things at once: it grows each senior leader as an individual and forges them into a genuine “One Team.”

Your senior team is the first cohort through the Sprint phase. That’s where the “One Team” shift takes root, and where its impact on the transformation agenda is greatest.
What this looks like: A structured four to five-week sequence that runs the Developmental Sprint® and Team Sprint™ in parallel, bookended with highly interactive launch and closing workshops, sustained through weekly peer coaching and ongoing experimentation at the individual and team levels, and supported by focused executive coaching. We anchor both individual and team development to the “From-To” shifts identified in Align, so the work is never generic but pointed at the precise target your strategy requires.

The result: By the close of the Sprint phase, the senior team has built the foundation of honest conversation, personal ownership, and collective commitment. Cascade the “From-To” Shift Through Every Leadership Layer That Matters
Scale is where the shift deepens and spreads, layer by layer, through every leadership level on which your transformation depends.
We built Scale on a simple principle: every leadership layer does the same work. Each cohort engages in the same structured, peer-driven, work-embedded development that the senior team experienced, not a diluted version of it. The senior team doesn’t hand the process off to the next layer; they go through it with them, completing both a Sprint and Developmental Workout®. That next layer then does the same with the layer below. And so on.
This sequencing does something traditional cascades never achieve. Each layer develops authentically from the same shared experience, not as recipients of a “message” from above. Because we built the Sprint and Workout into real work rather than adding them on top, the behavioral shifts take root faster, at every level, than any traditional development approach makes possible.
What this looks like: A phased deployment in which each leadership layer completes a Sprint and Workout before cascading the process to the next. Organizations can build internal capacity to run the process independently, enabling them to sustain and deepen development long after the initial engagement is complete.
