How It Works
Each participant selects a Current Business Challenge (CBC) that meets three criteria: it matters to the business, it’s unresolved, and they have significant accountability for it.
Over four weeks, they analyze their challenge through a developmental lens and take focused action, learning from peers doing the same.
The process builds on the Immunity to Change® framework from the Developmental Sprint®, extending its power from personal insight to business application.
