Juniper Belshaw

Juniper Belshaw is a senior team development consultant at Ubisoft and an executive coach, facilitator, and managing partner at Inbo, with over 15 years of experience guiding senior leaders and their teams to higher performance, more decisive leadership, and better work relationships.

Juniper brings diverse industry experience to her work at The Developmental Edge^®, including work with Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, Mila-Quebec AI Institute, The David Suzuki Foundation, and Canadian federal, provincial, and municipal governments.

In her role, Juniper leverages the Developmental Sprint^® process to accelerate personal and professional growth for leaders and teams. Her approach is collaborative, engaging, and impactful, ensuring that each client feels supported and empowered to meet complex demands. Juniper is passionate about building cultures of belonging where all people, especially those from equity-deserving groups, can bring their full gifts to the table without barriers.

Juniper holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development and Environmental Studies from McGill University and a Master of Arts in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University. She is also certified in the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) and Lean Change Management.

Based in Montreal, Juniper enjoys exploring the city’s vibrant community, making elaborate dinners for friends, and spending time with her three dogs and partner.
