About
Dr. Tom Will brings 20+ years of experience to The Developmental Edge® as a management professor, researcher, and consultant. He is enthusiastic about supporting fellow adults’ growth efforts.
Tom is Professor of Business Management at Agnes Scott College, where he teaches courses in leadership, entrepreneurship, and strategic management. Tom’s research interests include constructive-developmental theory and emergent collective behavior. He has published in such outlets as The Leadership Quarterly, Academy of Management Learning & Education, and The London School of Economics Business Review, among others.
Tom earned his Ph.D. in business administration from The University of Georgia, his M.A. in history from Clemson University, and his B.A. in economics from Duke University.
Tom lives in Atlanta, GA, with his wife, Claudia, and daughters Claire and Emily. He loves laughing with his wife, jogging with his dog Daisy, and watching his daughters play lacrosse.
