How It Works

Sprint Leader Training prepares you to facilitate the complete Developmental Sprint® experience. We deliver the training in two complementary ways, depending on your needs and circumstances:

Workshop-Based Training: Three 2.5-hour interactive workshops, delivered at weekly intervals. Sessions combine deep immersion in methodology with hands-on practice. Between sessions, participants complete preparation work and practice Sprint delivery.

Following the workshops, participants submit recordings of their Sprint facilitation for review and individualized feedback from TDE.

Apprentice Model: Participants co-facilitate live Sprints alongside experienced TDE Sprint Leaders, assuming increasing responsibility over time. This model provides real-time coaching and feedback in authentic settings, and we often combine it with workshop-based training for large internal cohorts.

Case Story: From Two Sprint Leaders to Four Continents: A global non-profit seeking consistent leadership development across four continents trained two internal leaders using the workshop model outlined above. Those leaders delivered Sprints to over 100 leaders worldwide, creating a shared developmental language and approach. The organization is now expanding its internal bench through the apprentice pathway and developing more leaders worldwide.
