The Super Sprint® is designed exclusively for leaders who have already completed a Developmental Sprint® or are currently participating in one. It’s not a standalone offering. It functions as a focused accelerator that deepens, extends, and compounds the impact of the core Sprint experience.

One-Week, AI-Intensified Development
The Super Sprint® compresses the Sprint’s proven methodology into a single high-intensity week. Leaders engage daily in assumption-testing experiments tied to real leadership challenges. An AI Coach, built into the E-Tool, actively supports participants’ work by helping them generate experiments, deepen reflection, and challenge their thinking in real time.
The result: shorter learning loops that drive more action, more insight, and faster movement on the changes that matter most.

The Super Sprint in Action

The Week at a Glance
The Super Sprint® unfolds through a simple, disciplined daily rhythm. Each day builds on the last, combining real-world experiments, AI-supported reflection, and peer accountability to accelerate insight, behavior change, and momentum on current or new improvement goals.
Step 1
Launch Session
A 30-minute group session opens the week. Participants confirm their focus, deepening an existing goal or addressing a new challenge, and set a clear developmental intention.
Step 2
Daily Experiments With AI Support
Participants complete at least one experiment each day. The AI Coach is available around the clock to suggest experiments, support debriefing, and push thinking beyond familiar patterns.
Step 3
Developmental Buddy Meeting
Each participant meets with a developmental buddy at least once. This partnership adds reflection, accountability, and perspective that complements the AI support.
Step 4
Closing Session
The group reconvenes to share insights about their assumptions, immunities, and behavior changes. They also clarify how they will apply their learning.
