Juniper Belshaw is an executive coach, facilitator, and managing partner at Inbo, with over 15 years of experience guiding senior leaders and their teams toward increased performance, strengthened leadership, and improved work relationships.
Belshaw brings diverse industry experience to her work at The Developmental Edge, including with Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, Mila-Quebec AI Institute, The David Suzuki Foundation, and Canadian federal, provincial, and municipal governments.
In her role, Belshaw leverages the Developmental Sprint® process to accelerate personal and professional growth for leaders and teams. Her approach is collaborative, engaging, and impactful, ensuring that each client feels supported and empowered to meet complex demands. Belshaw is passionate about building cultures of belonging where all people, especially those from equity-deserving groups, can bring their full gifts to the table without barriers.
Belshaw holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development and Environmental Studies from McGill University and a Master of Arts in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University. She is also certified in the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) and Lean Change Management.
Based in Montreal, Belshaw enjoys exploring the city’s vibrant community, making elaborate dinners for friends, and spending time with her three dogs and partner.
